These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Lattice Forge LLC ("Kingdom Cents," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Kingdom Cents application, website, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing the Service in any manner, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have full legal authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and that the organization agrees to be bound by them.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. BY USING THE SERVICE, YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to access or use the Service under any circumstances. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are 18 years of age or older; (b) you have the legal capacity and authority to enter into this binding agreement; and (c) all information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and current.
The Service is intended for users located within the United States. We make no representation that the Service complies with the laws of any jurisdiction outside the United States. Accessing the Service from jurisdictions where its content is prohibited by applicable law is strictly prohibited and done entirely at your own risk.
Kingdom Cents is a personal financial organization and faith-based stewardship application designed to assist users in tracking income, expenses, tithes, offerings, giving reflections, and personal budgets. The Service includes: (a) manual transaction entry and budget management tools; (b) optional bank account transaction synchronization through Stripe Financial Connections; (c) optional PDF bank statement import for transaction extraction; (d) AI-assisted transaction categorization and community-content moderation powered by Anthropic's API; (e) giving reflection and spiritual journaling features; (f) financial projections and goal tracking tools; (g) annual Wrapped summary reports; and (h) related stewardship and reporting features.
THE SERVICE DOES NOT CONSTITUTE AND SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED AS FINANCIAL ADVICE, INVESTMENT ADVICE, TAX ADVICE, ACCOUNTING ADVICE, LEGAL ADVICE, OR ANY OTHER FORM OF PROFESSIONAL ADVICE. KINGDOM CENTS IS NOT A BANK, FINANCIAL INSTITUTION, INVESTMENT ADVISER, BROKER-DEALER, TAX PROFESSIONAL, CREDIT COUNSELOR, OR FIDUCIARY. NO INFORMATION, ANALYSIS, PROJECTION, OR OUTPUT PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE, INCLUDING AI-GENERATED CATEGORIZATION SUGGESTIONS, SHOULD BE RELIED UPON FOR MAKING FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, TAX, OR LEGAL DECISIONS. YOU SHOULD CONSULT A QUALIFIED LICENSED PROFESSIONAL BEFORE MAKING ANY SUCH DECISION.
Kingdom Cents is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, or any state securities or insurance regulator, and is not subject to the regulatory oversight applicable to such entities.
Registration. To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain and promptly update such information to keep it accurate at all times.
Account Security. You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you. You agree to notify us immediately at support@kingdomcents.com of any actual or suspected unauthorized access to or use of your account. Kingdom Cents shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or liability arising out of your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
One Account Per User. Each person may maintain only one active account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent any restriction, suspension, or termination is a material breach of these Terms.
Account Suspension and Termination. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including, without limitation, your actual or suspected violation of these Terms, applicable law, or any third-party rights.
User-Provided Data. All financial data, figures, categories, and information entered into the Service are provided exclusively by you. Kingdom Cents does not independently verify, validate, reconcile, or audit any data you enter. The accuracy and completeness of all outputs, summaries, projections, and analyses generated by the Service are entirely dependent upon the accuracy of the data you provide.
Bank Account Connectivity (Stripe Financial Connections). By connecting a bank account through Stripe Financial Connections, you expressly authorize Kingdom Cents and Stripe (acting as our service provider) to access your bank account transaction history on a read-only basis on your behalf. This access is limited to: (a) retrieving transaction history and balances for accounts you select; and (b) periodically refreshing that transaction history while the connection remains active. By connecting a bank account, you represent and warrant that: (i) you are the account holder or have authority from the account holder to grant this access; and (ii) you have reviewed and accept Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy. You may disconnect your bank account at any time from your account settings, which immediately terminates our access. Kingdom Cents is not a financial institution and does not hold, move, or control any funds in your bank accounts. Stripe Financial Connections provides read-only access only.
PDF Statement Import. If you use the PDF bank statement import feature, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are the account holder or have authorization from the account holder to process the document; (b) the document does not contain information belonging to any person whose data you are not authorized to process; and (c) you have the legal right to upload and process the document. Uploaded PDF files are processed server-side solely to extract transaction data and are not retained on our servers after processing is complete. You are responsible for maintaining any documents you upload.
AI-Assisted Features (Anthropic). The Service uses Anthropic's Claude API for two purposes: to suggest budget categories for transactions, and to screen posts you submit to the community (prayer requests, praise reports, and testimonies) for spam and safety before they are published. You acknowledge and agree that: (a) AI-generated categorization suggestions are not guaranteed to be accurate and require your review and confirmation before being applied; (b) transaction description text is transmitted to Anthropic's API in anonymized form (no account identifiers, names, or amounts are transmitted to Anthropic); (c) for community moderation, only the text of the post you choose to share is transmitted to Anthropic, and never your financial data; (d) AI moderation is not guaranteed to be accurate and a post may be held for human review; (e) AI outputs do not constitute financial advice; and (f) you retain full responsibility for how you categorize and record your transactions and for the content you submit, regardless of any AI suggestion.
Giving Reflections. The Service allows you to record personal emotional responses and written reflections associated with your giving transactions. You acknowledge that this content may include spiritually sensitive personal information. Kingdom Cents treats giving reflection data with the highest level of confidentiality as described in our Privacy Policy. You represent that any content you record in giving reflections is your own and does not infringe upon any third party's rights.
License to User Data. By entering data into the Service, you grant Kingdom Cents a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, process, and display such data solely as necessary to provide and improve the Service for your benefit. This license terminates upon deletion of your account, subject to the retention requirements described in our Privacy Policy. Kingdom Cents claims no ownership over any data you enter into the Service.
No Backup Obligation. While we take reasonable measures to safeguard your data, Kingdom Cents does not guarantee the preservation of any user data against all forms of data loss. You are solely responsible for maintaining independent backups of any financial data or giving reflections you consider critical.
Paid Plans. Certain features of the Service require payment of subscription fees. All subscription fees are processed through Stripe, Inc. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency specified at the time of purchase.
Payment Processing. All payments are processed by Stripe. Kingdom Cents does not receive, store, or have access to your full payment card number, CVV, or banking credentials. Your payment data is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy and security standards. In the event of any discrepancy between Stripe's records and ours, Stripe's records shall govern with respect to payment amounts and dates.
Cancellation and Refunds. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access to paid features through that date. We do not provide refunds for unused portions of subscription periods unless required by applicable law. California residents are advised that California Business and Professions Code Section 17602 governs automatic renewal terms for subscriptions offered to California consumers.
Price Changes. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. For existing subscribers, price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance by email and will take effect at the next renewal cycle following the notice period. Your continued use of the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
The Service, including all content, features, functionality, software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and other materials (collectively, "Kingdom Cents Content"), is owned exclusively by Kingdom Cents or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property and proprietary rights laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Kingdom Cents grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not: (a) reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or publicly perform any Kingdom Cents Content; (b) modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Service or any Kingdom Cents Content; (c) use the Service or any Kingdom Cents Content for any commercial purpose; or (d) remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices.
All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by Kingdom Cents. The Kingdom Cents name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Lattice Forge LLC. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

Kingdom Cents makes no representations or warranties with respect to any third-party services and shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of or reliance on any third-party service. The availability, accuracy, and performance of any third-party integration are outside our control, and service disruptions from these providers may affect features of the Service.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or resources. Such links are provided for convenience only. Kingdom Cents does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party website. You access any third-party links at your own risk.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, KINGDOM CENTS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: (A) IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT; (B) WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, OR USAGE OF TRADE; AND (C) WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
KINGDOM CENTS DOES NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, RELIABILITY, CURRENTNESS, OR USEFULNESS OF ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE, INCLUDING AI-GENERATED TRANSACTION CATEGORY SUGGESTIONS, FINANCIAL PROJECTIONS, BUDGET ANALYSES, OR ANNUAL SUMMARIES. THESE OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED FOR ORGANIZATIONAL CONVENIENCE ONLY AND SHOULD NOT BE RELIED UPON FOR FINANCIAL, LEGAL, OR TAX DECISION-MAKING.
KINGDOM CENTS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT BANK TRANSACTION SYNC VIA STRIPE FINANCIAL CONNECTIONS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, COMPLETE, OR ERROR-FREE. TRANSACTION DATA RETRIEVED THROUGH STRIPE IS PROVIDED BY YOUR FINANCIAL INSTITUTION AND MAY BE DELAYED, INCOMPLETE, OR SUBJECT TO RECLASSIFICATION.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties. To the extent that such laws apply to you, some of the above exclusions may not apply.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL KINGDOM CENTS, ITS PARENT COMPANIES, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, LICENSORS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: LOSS OF PROFITS; LOSS OF REVENUE; LOSS OF SAVINGS; LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY; LOSS OF DATA; LOSS OF GOODWILL; BUSINESS INTERRUPTION; COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES; OR ANY OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH (I) THESE TERMS; (II) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE SERVICE; (III) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANTHROPIC, STRIPE, OR ANY OTHER INTEGRATED SERVICE PROVIDER; OR (IV) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR DATA, EVEN IF KINGDOM CENTS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES AND REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.
TO THE EXTENT KINGDOM CENTS IS PERMITTED TO LIMIT ITS LIABILITY, KINGDOM CENTS'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO KINGDOM CENTS IN THE TWELVE (12) CALENDAR MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIFTY UNITED STATES DOLLARS ($50.00 USD).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. To the extent such laws apply to you, some of the limitations above may not apply.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kingdom Cents and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, service providers, successors, and assigns from and against any and all third-party claims, demands, actions, losses, liabilities, settlements, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs) arising out of or in any way relating to: (a) your access to or use of the Service; (b) your violation or alleged violation of these Terms; (c) your violation or alleged violation of any applicable law, rule, or regulation; (d) your violation or infringement of any intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party; (e) any data or documents you submit to, upload to, or import through the Service, including any claims that such data infringes third-party rights or was uploaded without proper authorization; or (f) your use of the Stripe bank connection, AI categorization feature, or PDF import feature in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.
Kingdom Cents reserves the right to assume exclusive control of the defense of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate fully and at your own expense.
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT REQUIRES YOU TO RESOLVE MOST DISPUTES WITH KINGDOM CENTS THROUGH FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION AND LIMITS YOUR ABILITY TO BRING A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT.
Informal Resolution. Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to contact Kingdom Cents at support@kingdomcents.com and provide written notice describing the nature of the dispute and the relief sought. The parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for a period of not less than thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of such notice.
Binding Arbitration. If the dispute is not resolved informally, you and Kingdom Cents agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy of any kind arising out of or relating to (i) these Terms; (ii) the Service; or (iii) the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity of these Terms, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this arbitration agreement, shall be determined by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect. The arbitration shall be conducted in San Diego, California, or at your election (for consumer claims), by telephone or videoconference. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Exceptions to Arbitration. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may: (a) bring an individual claim in small claims court that qualifies; (b) seek emergency injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or imminent infringement of intellectual property or confidentiality obligations; or (c) assert any rights arising solely under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) or similar state privacy statutes. This arbitration clause does not limit any statutory privacy rights you have under California law.
Arbitration Costs. For claims of $10,000 or less, Kingdom Cents will pay all AAA filing, administrative, and arbitrator fees, unless the arbitrator determines your claims are frivolous. For claims above $10,000, AAA's Consumer Arbitration Rules will govern fee allocation.
Opt-Out Right. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by providing written notice to support@kingdomcents.com within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms. Your opt-out notice must include your name, address, and account email address. Opting out does not affect any other provision of these Terms.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AND KINGDOM CENTS EACH AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDING, WHETHER IN ARBITRATION OR COURT, WILL BE CONDUCTED SOLELY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A CLASS ACTION, CONSOLIDATED ACTION, REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION, OR ANY OTHER FORM OF COLLECTIVE OR MULTI-PARTY PROCEEDING. YOU AND KINGDOM CENTS EXPRESSLY WAIVE THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY SUCH REPRESENTATIVE OR CLASS-WIDE PROCEEDING.
The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of class or representative proceeding. If a court of competent jurisdiction determines that the class action waiver is unenforceable with respect to a particular claim, that claim shall be severed from arbitration and may proceed in court, but the class action waiver shall remain fully enforceable as to all other claims to the maximum extent permitted by law.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions or your actual state or country of residence. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.
To the extent that any dispute is not subject to arbitration under these Terms, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the state courts of San Diego County, California, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of California, and you waive any objection to venue in such courts, including any objection based on the grounds of inconvenient forum.
Termination by You. You may terminate your account at any time by following the account deletion procedures available within the Service settings or by contacting us at support@kingdomcents.com. Termination of your account does not relieve you of any obligations or liabilities that arose prior to such termination.
Termination by Kingdom Cents. We may suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, for any reason, including your breach of any provision of these Terms, failure to pay applicable fees, or engagement in conduct we reasonably determine to be harmful to other users or to the Service.
Effect of Termination. Upon termination: (a) all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms immediately terminate; (b) you must immediately cease all use of the Service; (c) any connected bank accounts will be disconnected and associated bank connections will be unlinked through Stripe; and (d) we will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Sections 5(f), 7, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, and 17 shall survive termination of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will: (a) post the revised Terms on the Service with an updated "Effective Date"; and (b) for material changes, provide email notice to the address associated with your account at least fourteen (14) days before the change becomes effective.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service and may terminate your account as described in Section 16.
Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire and exclusive agreement between you and Kingdom Cents regarding the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if it cannot be so modified, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Waiver. No failure or delay by Kingdom Cents in exercising any right, power, or remedy under these Terms shall operate as a waiver. No single or partial exercise of any right shall preclude any other or further exercise thereof.
Assignment. You may not assign, transfer, or sublicense any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. Kingdom Cents may freely assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
Force Majeure. Kingdom Cents shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, war, terrorism, government action, power failures, internet disruptions, or failure of third-party service providers including Supabase, Anthropic, Stripe, or Cloudflare.
California Auto-Renewal Disclosure. If you purchase a subscription to the Service, the subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate unless you cancel before the renewal date, as required by California Business and Professions Code Sections 17600-17606. You will receive a reminder before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.
