This Cookie Policy explains how Lattice Forge LLC ("Kingdom Cents," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar tracking technologies when you access or use the Kingdom Cents Service. Read this alongside our Privacy Policy, which provides the full picture of how we handle your personal data.
Short version: We use the minimum number of cookies required to run the Service securely. We use no advertising cookies, no behavioral tracking cookies, no retargeting pixels, and no third-party analytics cookies. We do not sell any data derived from cookie usage.

Essential cookies are always on (they keep you signed in). Analytics is optional and used only to improve the app.
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website when you visit it. They are widely used to make websites function correctly and securely. Cookies can be "session cookies" (expire when you close your browser) or "persistent cookies" (remain on your device for a set period or until you delete them).
Local Storage is a browser feature that works similarly to cookies but stores data locally on your device rather than transmitting it to our servers with each request. We use local storage for user preferences only (see Section 3).
Session Storage is similar to local storage but is cleared automatically when you close your browser tab. We use session storage only for temporary UI state within a session (for example, holding draft form data before submission).
Neither local storage nor session storage data stored by Kingdom Cents is shared with any third party or used for any advertising, tracking, or profiling purpose.
Strictly Necessary Cookies. These cookies are essential for the Service to function and cannot be disabled without preventing you from using the Service. They do not collect any information used for marketing or advertising. You cannot opt out of strictly necessary cookies while continuing to use the Service.
Functional / Preference Technologies (Local Storage). These technologies enable the Service to remember your choices and provide a personalized experience. They store data locally on your device only and are never transmitted to our servers for analytics or profiling purposes.
Analytics Technologies. We do not use third-party analytics platforms (such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude) that set tracking cookies on users' devices. We may analyze aggregated, anonymized server-side log data (such as page view counts and error rates) to understand Service performance. This analysis does not involve cookies, cannot be linked to any individual user, and is never shared with third parties.
What We Do Not Use. Kingdom Cents does not use, and expressly prohibits our vendors from setting on our behalf, any of the following:
Cloudflare. Cloudflare operates our DDoS mitigation, bot protection, and content delivery infrastructure. Cloudflare sets the cookies described in Section 2 above. Cloudflare's cookie and privacy practices are governed by Cloudflare's privacy policy at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy. Kingdom Cents requires Cloudflare to process your data as a data processor acting on our behalf, subject to a Data Processing Agreement.
Google (OAuth only). When you choose to sign in using Google, that service may set its own authentication cookies on your device as part of the OAuth flow. These cookies are set by Google under their privacy and cookie policies, over which Kingdom Cents has no control. We encourage you to review Google's policies at policies.google.com. These cookies are only set if you actively choose to use Google sign-in; they are not set by Kingdom Cents on your behalf.
Stripe (Bank Connectivity). If you connect a bank account, your browser may interact with Stripe's hosted authorization interface (Stripe Financial Connections), which may set its own session cookies to facilitate the secure bank authorization flow. These cookies are governed by Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy and are cleared once the authorization flow is complete. Kingdom Cents does not control, read, or retain Stripe's authorization cookies.
Kingdom Cents is not responsible for the cookie or privacy practices of any third party. All cookies listed above as "third-party" are operated by the named third party, not by Kingdom Cents.
Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. You may configure your browser to: (a) block all cookies; (b) alert you when a cookie is being set; (c) block third-party cookies only; or (d) delete cookies at the end of each browsing session. Instructions vary by browser:
Important: Blocking or deleting strictly necessary cookies (particularly the Supabase session authentication cookies) will prevent you from logging in and using the Service. We cannot provide the Service without these cookies.
Changing or Clearing Your Cookie Choice. Use the Your Preferences panel at the top of this page to enable analytics, switch to essential cookies only, or reset your choice entirely. Resetting will cause the consent banner to reappear on your next visit. You may also clear all Kingdom Cents preference data through your browser settings (Application > Local Storage > kingdomcents domain).
Opt-Out of Cloudflare Bot Protection. Cloudflare's bot protection is a security measure that cannot be disabled without eliminating a core security feature of the Service. However, Cloudflare's cookies contain no persistent user identifiers and are not used for advertising. You may review Cloudflare's opt-out options at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
Some browsers transmit "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals to websites. There is no industry-wide standard for responding to DNT signals, and Kingdom Cents does not currently alter its data collection practices in response to DNT signals. However, this limitation is not meaningful for your privacy on Kingdom Cents because we do not engage in any behavioral tracking, cross-site tracking, or interest-based advertising regardless of DNT settings. Our cookie practices are the same for all users, with or without DNT enabled.
If California's Global Privacy Control (GPC) standard becomes legally enforceable in a manner that applies to Kingdom Cents, we will comply with GPC signals to the extent required by law. Because we do not sell or share personal information, no additional action is currently required from us in response to GPC signals.
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, in the technologies we use, or in applicable law. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and, for significant changes, by email notification. Your continued use of the Service after any update constitutes your acceptance of the updated Cookie Policy.
