No incidents since this log opened on August 20, 2026. That is a short record, not a long one, and we would rather you read it that way.

What We Commit To

Every outage gets an entry

If something breaks badly enough that you noticed, it gets written up here with what broke and what we changed. Including the ones that were our own mistake.

Anything touching your data gets an email

If we learn your data was exposed or lost, we email you directly, and we aim to do it within 72 hours of confirming it. The one thing that can delay us is law enforcement asking us to hold while they investigate, which several state laws allow. If that ever happens, we will tell you it happened as soon as we are allowed to.

Your copy does not depend on us

Settings gives you a full CSV and JSON export of everything, any time, with no friction and no support ticket. Take one monthly. A budget you can only read on our servers is a budget you do not fully own.

We will not close quietly

If we choose to close, you get 90 days notice and a full export first. If we are ever forced to close on someone else’s schedule, you get every day of notice we actually have, and the export is the last thing we switch off.
